Please bear in mind that space is limited so you will want to make your reservations well in advance.

Going on a vacation but can’t take your pet with you? Why not leave your beloved pet with a 24 hour staff that will provide luxurious amenities that are the next best thing to home. They will feel comfortable in our relaxing rooms accommodated with plush beds, TV’s, room service, potty breaks and more!

Tours are more than welcome, we just ask that you please make a reservation. Tour times are as follows:
Tuesday and Thursday: 10 am and 3 pm

Due to the many viruses and infections that animals can carry, we do require that your pet have a few vaccines that are usually given at your annual vet appointment. The vaccines that are mandatory for appointments are Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella and should be current. We don’t want your pet getting sick while in our care, so if you could please be sure to have your pets’ shots up to date and carry them with you when you come see us, it will make the process that much easier.

Owners will need to give us permission in advance if they want someone else to pick up their pets. Anyone other than family members listed on contact forms will need to present a picture id to pick up the pet.

Reservations are mandatory for Hotel stays due to the limited amount of space. Day Care reservations are mandatory for the first visit and are highly recommended for all others. Salon appointments are also highly recommended, however, we do take walk ins if we have enough time. We may ask you to allow us extra time since we do have to put our appointments first. Nail trims are a walk in service as long as you provide us with their up to date shot records listed above.

We do not recommend that you bring toys or treats with you for your pet while they are in our care. Salon and Day Care pets are closely monitored but we do not allow anything to be in their kennels with them at any time for safety reasons. Small toys or food can possibly cause choking and we are looking out for the safety of your pet. Day Care dogs will be given our Healthy snacks as a group during certain scheduled times of the day. Feeding does not take place during Day Care to avoid any food fights.

Day Care and Hotel guests will be provided with toys that have been approved by our professional staff. If there is a toy that your pooch just can’t live without we will have to inspect it and approve it for safety precautions. Dogs can act different when they are uncomfortable and even though “Buddy” may not ever try to shred his toy to pieces at home does not mean that he won’t under our supervision. Although we try our best to create stress free environments there are some dogs that require extra attention.

For Hotel guests we strongly recommend that you do bring their regular food with them for their entire stay. If you are unable to provide us with food for the length of their stay, we do have a substitute food though it is not healthy for the dog to switch diets temporarily. Switching foods- especially brands- should be done at a slow pace (mixing the foods together for days) to prevent upset stomach, vomiting, constipation, diarrhea, etc.

We understand that some dogs have anxiety but we cannot or will not take any dog that has been given sedatives (or any type of “calming” medicine). We believe that vets should be the only one giving your dogs any form of sedation since the sedation should be reversed as well. Grooming sedated pets can be dangerous for both the pet and the groomer. If not given enough medication, it is possible that your pet can be unaware of its surroundings and bite because they are scared. Or the opposite, having too much medication can affect the blood pressure of the pet.

We firmly believe in training and rehabilitating your pet. If they are terrified of grooming it is most likely because they have had a bad experience. We make every effort to re-train your pet to tolerate grooming. Grooming shouldn’t be stressful for anyone. We believe training conquers sedating!

We are serious about Pest Control. Since we aim for a flea free facility, we require that Day Care and Hotel guests are taking preventatives. We check a record of your pets flea and tick preventative and when it was given to them. Otherwise, we require you to purchase a $10.00 Capstar pill that is good for a one time treatment, killing all of the fleas that are on your pet and repelling them for up to 24 hours.

Pricing varies for every customer. We have many special add-ons that you can choose from to make your pet comfortable. Please see Rates for an estimate.

For the Day Care and Hotel there is an extra fee for picking up late. Day Care is $5.00 for every 15 minutes past closing time - 6 pm. Hotel customers will be charged $15.00 to keep their room or be required to pay for Day Care service.

Unfortunately yes. For insurance purposes we cannot accept the following breeds (or mixes) in our facility: Pit Bull/American Staffordshire Terrier, Cane Corso, and Presa Canerio.

Bull Mastiff, Akita, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinschers and Rottweiler are accepted but not allowed in Day Care or any group activities.

Basic grooming prices are determined by size, coat type, type of haircut and length of hair. We can estimate the price by weight and breed but can only be exact by seeing and feeling your dog in person. Feel free to bring your pet by for an accurate price.

No. Dogs that are in heat are a safety precaution to other intact males. The smell of a female in heat will drive a male dog crazy for days! Since heat cycles typically last about 3 weeks or less we suggest that it is best for the safety of everyone to just wait out the time.

We also do not accept pregnant dogs. Pregnant dogs can be easily stressed and we can’t assure the safety for your pet. Pregnant dogs should have a stress free pregnancy to prevent health issues and/or loss of the pups. We know she looks rough, but luckily they only have to go about 2 months without grooming. Call us when she has her puppies- we can get her all cleaned up and beautiful again and we would love to see those babies!

New customers should plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment time to complete the new client information form. If you are going to be late PLEASE give us a call so we know that you are still going to make it and we do not fill your appointment with another dog. Ultimately it is up to stylists’ discretion if they still have time to take your pet and they may imply a late fee.

We appreciate a 24 hour cancellation notice prior to appointment time. No call, no shows will be subject to pay 50% of the appointment that must be paid in full before scheduling a future appointment. No call, no shows are only allotted two mishaps or the stylist will not render any more services. We make special time gaps depending on the needs of your pet so please be courteous if you cannot make it to your appointment so we can have time to book someone else.

We usually don't recommend it for a few very good reasons. If you are considering shaving a double coated dog, breeds like Golden Retriever, Husky, Samoyed, Border Collie, Pomeranian and other heavy coated dogs, you should be aware of the possible results. Please read "Shaving Dogs in the Summer". However, we will shave your pet if you acknowledge the possible results and you think you and your pet will benefit from it.

It takes average of 3-4 hours. However it may take more depending on your pet’s condition.

No. We refer any pets that must be sedated to be groomed at a veterinary clinic as sedation may require special medical attention.

Unfortunately we do not currently groom cats.

We offer the following discounts on the basic packages.

• Silver Discount (Age over 65): 10% of the basic packages (cannot be combined with other discounts)
• New adoptee discount: 20% of the basic packages with the proof of the adoption from the shelter
• 10% Discount on the basic packages for regular visits scheduled 4 weeks or less. 15% discount for bi-weekly scheduled Spa Bath, or 20 % for weekly scheduled Spa Bath. Ask for the details.

All rooms are provided with plush beds, TVs, toys, room service and more! The dimensions depend on which suite you would like to upgrade to. We have accommodations for dogs of all sizes.

Depending on the size of the suite you have purchased for their stay and the size of your pet we can allow multiple dogs from the same household in one suite. As long as your pets can fit comfortably together in a room then they are allowed to room together.

We allow 3 potty breaks during the day for our Hotel guests. If your pet needs more than 3 a day; it is an additional $5 for each extra break or $9 for Private Nature Walk/15min.

Extra potty breaks are acceptable with a $5 fee per extra break.

Yes! We hire and train caring, responsible and knowledgeable staff to ensure that each pet is carefully monitored for health and happiness. They are there to meet the needs of your pet at all times. Pets are never left unattended! Not only do we have a 24 hour staff, we also have a security alarm system, fire alarm system and backup power generator to ensure that your pet is in the safest care possible.

We are not a vet so we do not administer the shots that your pet needs to stay healthy. However, if your dog is in our care for a stretched period of time (Day Care or Hotel) we can give their daily medications that you give at home. There is a $1.50 fee (includes one pill pocket) for us to give medication to Day Care pets. For Hotel guests, administration is free with a purchase of one bag of pill pockets,or we will charge $1.50 for a single dosage.

Yes. All dogs have free access to water at all times.

We will provide two meal times per day. If your pooch needs an extra feast it is $5 per meal (not including any costs for food that we may have to provide).

Yes. We only charge $20 for an additional dog from the same house hold if he/she stays in the same suite.

Yes. We do not allow any dog that has not been spayed or neutered to play with others to avoid unwanted pregnancies or fights.

Hotel guests will have to be quarantined in their rooms if they do not get along with other dogs. If they are Day Care guests unfortunately we cannot accept dogs that do not pass our evaluation. We highly recommend a training class and if we see that you are making an effort to train and work with your pet, then we will gladly re-evaluate your pet.

Puppies must be over 12 weeks of age and have had all of their required vaccinations to spend the day with us at Day Care or Hotel.Senior dogs are always welcome as long as they are able to walk and are not lethargic.

Yes. We offer discounted price for the guests from the same house hold. We realize that most owners can’t just have one furry friend- they are addicting! Refer to the price lists for discounts on multiple pets or just give us a call!
